Utility Pack

Utility Pack contains following applications:
- CsvExport exports data from a Rapid SCADA archive to a CSV file,
- CsvImport imports data into a Rapid SCADA archive from a CSV file,
- ScadaGenerator works as a client and sends data to the Server application,
- ScadaTestClient tests interaction with the Server application.
